MPGZ Cancels Auction of Mapna Renewable Energy Company Shares

Mapna Iranian Power Management Group, ticker MPGZ, disclosed on Monday, October 26, 2026 that it had cancelled its auction of 38 million shares in Mapna Renewable Energy Production Company. MPGZ had announced the offering on Thursday, October 22, but said in its new filing that any rescheduled auction would be announced separately. The previously announced sale will therefore not proceed as planned, and no completed sale of the block has been reported.
