Nilper (Toolidi va Bazargani Nilper, ticker Nilper) disclosed in a Group B material filing published on Codal on Sunday, September 20, 2026 (29 Shahrivar 1405), that its major shareholder has signed an undertaking to personally assume all overdue debts dating from the period before the company's shares were transferred to the public. The filing did not specify an amount for the debts covered, with the company saying further detail was provided in an attached letter to the Securities and Exchange Organization. Such undertakings are typically issued to clear a company's balance sheet of liabilities from its prior ownership period ahead of a public share offering.
