Samayeh Sells Its Stake in a Semnan Flour Company via Public Auction

Samayeh said in a material disclosure filed with Codal that it has sold 155,998 shares, or 52 percent, of Semnan Flour and Bran Manufacturing Company, owned by Qeshm Sustainable Capital Trade Development Company, a subsidiary of Bank Sarmayeh, through a public auction. According to the filing, the auction notice was published in the official press on 7 Mordad 1405 (29 July 2026), and the winning bid envelope was opened at 4pm on Wednesday, 28 Mordad 1405 (19 August 2026), in the presence of the transactions committee. The winning bid was 3,256,800 million rials, compared with a book cost of 168,114 million rials for the shares on the company's records.
