Omid Investment Buys 26.6 Percent of Bank Sepah's Stake in Tehran's Automall Property

Omid Investment Management Group (TSE ticker: وامید), whose majority shareholder is Bank Sepah, said in a disclosure published on the Codal filing system on Sunday, 15 Shahrivar 1405 (September 6, 2026), that on the same date it purchased 26.6 percent of Bank Sepah's ownership share in the Tehran Automall property, located at the start of Nelson Mandela Boulevard next to the railway headquarters building, from the bank.

According to the filing, the transaction value was 4,607,548 million rials, about 460 billion tomans, settled in cash; both the market value and book value of the transferred asset were reported at the same level. The deal represents 0.44 percent of the company's total assets in the previous fiscal year and 1.41 percent of its total sales revenue in the previous fiscal year.
