Persepolis (symbol پرسپولیس) disclosed a contract as a transaction under Article 129 of the amended Commercial Code in an amended group B material disclosure published on Codal on 16 Mehr 1405 (8 October): the transfer of the club's exclusive right to commercial exploitation, marketing and advertising sales, with a guaranteed minimum amount, to its subsidiary Persepolis Business Development. The transaction date is 7 Mehr 1405 (29 September), and the interested party's direct and indirect stake in the counterparty is recorded as 99 percent.
The form lists the transaction amount as 2,650,000 million rials (2,650 billion rials) and does not state the period the amount covers.
