Putin said global diesel prices fell 5 to 6 percent after the two countries agreed on Russian diesel supplies. Witkoff thanked Putin on Trump's behalf for the diesel decision and said recent talks with Ukraine in Oslo were productive. The report gives no detail on how any Russian mediation would work, and no reaction from Tehran or Washington to the offer has yet been announced.
