Sarmayeh Bank to auction its shares in Toseeh Arya Omran Pars

Sarmayeh Bank (symbol IBKZ) said in a material disclosure on the Codal system that, under clause B of Article 16 of Iran's law on removing obstacles to competitive production and upgrading the financial system, it will sell its shares in Tarh va Toseeh Arya Omran Pars company through a public auction. According to the notice, published on September 6, 2026 (15 Shahrivar 1405), the auction will be held on September 19, 2026 (28 Shahrivar 1405), and interested bidders can visit the bank's procurement office in Tehran until the end of business on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 (25 Shahrivar 1405), for more information and to purchase the auction documents.
