According to Iran's Codal disclosure system, Shelia announced in a filing dated 8 Mehr 1405 (September 30, 2026) that, citing higher raw material and other production costs, it has raised the sale price of its grade-A tissue paper, its main product, by 26 percent, from 190,000 rials to 240,000 rials per meter, effective 9 Mehr 1405 (October 1, 2026).
The filing, a Tier-A material disclosure requiring same-day notice before trading resumes, said the company's board approved the price increase on 8 Mehr 1405. The tissue paper product line accounted for nearly all of the company's sales revenue in the prior fiscal year.
