The company trading under the ticker Sotusa (Farabourse, base market) disclosed a material Group A filing on Codal on the evening of Saturday, September 13, 2026 (21 Shahrivar 1405), reporting a contract worth 855 billion rials (about 85.5 billion tomans). According to the filing, whose event date is recorded as September 13, 2026 (22 Shahrivar 1405), the company purchased 4,275 square meters of land in the village of Daster, Rouyan, Mazandaran province, owned by Hamila Haddad, and in exchange transferred to her an 850 square meter service unit from Block E of its Shahriar service complex on Malek Ashtar Street in Ardabil.
According to the disclosure, issued under a board resolution dated September 9, 2026 (18 Shahrivar), the transaction's value was set based on an official court appraiser's assessment, and the contract's effective date is also given as September 13, 2026 (22 Shahrivar 1405). The Codal letter gives no further detail on the company's planned use of the newly acquired Rouyan land.
