Hosseinali Mohammadi, head of Mazandaran province's crisis management office, told IRNA on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 (18 Shahrivar 1405) that wind gusts exceeding 104 kilometers per hour damaged or flooded 772 residential units in Mazandaran province, mostly in Sari county and the city of Sari.
