TBRZ Initial Offering Is Completed, Bringing Tabriz Petrochemical to Tehran Exchange

Mehr News reported that the initial offering of Tabriz Petrochemical shares, ticker TBRZ, took place on the Tehran Stock Exchange's second market on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 (6 Aban 1405). The offer price was set at 65,000 rials per share. Sahmino's board reading at 18:13 the same day also showed the stock trading at 65,000 rials; that reading preceded final overnight reconciliation of the session's trades.

The completed sale turns the company's previous plan to list into an executed transaction. Mehr reported that the polymer producer's shares were allocated through order registration and that the company has development projects under way, which should not be mistaken for completed projects merely because the shares were offered.
