Tehran bourse retail trading value reaches 19,818 billion tomans on Monday

Data from the Securities and Exchange Organization's market supervision unit show that the combined value of retail and closing-auction (TAL) trades in shares and equity funds reached 19,818 billion tomans on Monday, August 3, 2026. The comparable figure had exceeded 23 trillion tomans on Sunday, August 2.

According to the same data, total turnover across the Tehran Stock Exchange and Iran Fara Bourse came to about 387 trillion tomans on the day, while the total value of Iran's equity markets, including the main board, the Fara Bourse and the base market, stood at around 17,900 trillion tomans. In the closing-auction session, 203 symbols traded for 318 billion tomans.

The Fara Bourse overall index rose 2.7 percent on Monday to 42,758 points, and the Tehran bourse equal-weighted index gained 2.5 percent to about 1,497,760 points.
