TIPICO shareholders approve a capital increase funded from retained earnings

The extraordinary general meeting of Tamin Pharmaceutical Investment Company, which trades under the ticker TIPICO, was held on Saturday 1 August 2026 and approved a proposed capital increase of 2,112 billion toman. According to the published notice, the increase is equivalent to 192 percent, is funded from retained earnings and capital reserves, and will be carried out in a single stage through the issue of new shares.
A capital increase funded from retained earnings brings no fresh cash into the company, but it changes the capital structure and affects the number of shares and the price of each share. TIPICO is an investment company active in the pharmaceutical sector and one of the tickers in the Tehran exchange's drug group.
