Pars Mino Shareholders Approve Capital Increase Funded by Retained Earnings

At its extraordinary meeting on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, Pars Mino (ticker MINO) approved an increase in capital from 110,140,005 million to 120,000,000 million rials. The Codal resolution says the entire 9,859,995 million rial increase is funded from retained earnings, with no shareholder cash contribution in the funding mix.
The decision increases the number of shares but does not dilute a shareholder simply for not contributing new cash, because retained earnings fund it. A capital increase on this basis does not itself bring new cash into the company.
