US bitcoin ETFs log a second straight week of inflows, breaking a two-month rout
21 July 2026 | 3 months ago
US-listed spot bitcoin exchange-traded funds recorded net inflows for a second consecutive week (through about 20 July), ending a roughly two-month stretch of outflows. According to reports, inflows over the latest five trading days reached about 727 million dollars, the longest such streak since the late-April to early-May period.
The flows coincided with bitcoin climbing above 66,000 dollars on Tuesday 21 July (30 Tir), its highest in around two weeks. Even so, some analysts caution that the inflows likely reflect easing selling pressure rather than a broad return of institutional demand. The direction of bitcoin ETF flows is one gauge of the overall crypto-market mood that Iranian traders watch.
