Vajami Shareholders to Receive a 450 Rial Cash Dividend Per Share

The annual ordinary general meeting of Vajami, held on Wednesday, 1 Mehr 1405 (September 23, 2026), approved a cash dividend of 450 rials per share for the fiscal year ended 31 Tir 1405 (July 22, 2026). Earnings per share for the period were 751 rials, a payout ratio of 59.92 percent.
