Vamoyar Transfers 56.18 Percent Stake in Nizar Pars Morvarid Steelmaking to Its Subsidiary

According to a material disclosure filed on Codal, Vamoyar transferred 11,236,996 shares, or 56.18 percent of Nizar Pars Morvarid Steelmaking Complex, to its subsidiary Shahrak haye Sanati Pars Gostar Nizar in a transaction dated September 16, 2026 (Shahrivar 25, 1405). Filed under Article 129 of Iran's Commercial Code amendment due to the related party nature of the deal, the transaction and market value of the transferred assets was reported at 54,297 million rials, with a book value of 11,236 million rials. Settlement was non cash, carried out by offsetting current receivables between the related parties.
