Hafars Signs a 5,865 Billion Rial Contract to Ship SAIPA's Imported Cars From China

The company listed under the symbol Hafars (حفارس) announced, in a group A material disclosure published on Codal on Monday, 28 September 2026 (6 Mehr 1405), a contract worth 5,865,000 million rials (5,865 billion rials) with SAIPA Multimodal Transport Company (SAIPA Logistics). The contract covers loading, shipping, unloading and delivery of the SAIPA automotive group's imported vehicles from China.
According to the filing, the contract was signed on 1 Mehr 1405 (23 September 2026) and took effect the same day, with 50 percent of the cost of each batch received net before shipment. The filing is a corrected version; the company said the correction was made to upload the full contract following correspondence with the Securities and Exchange Organization.
