Arzesh Maskan, a real-estate investment fund traded on Iran's Farabourse, closed on Saturday 12 September 2026 (21 Shahrivar 1405) at 37,361 rials a unit, up 1.78 percent and its highest close in 52 weeks. That price sits 208.9 percent above the fund's published NAV of 12,094 rials, but that NAV carries the date 13 May 2026 on the exchange's own board: 122 days earlier. The same afternoon, the fund filed notice of a unitholder assembly for 22 September 2026.
