Bahrain's National Communication Centre said early on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 (11 Shahrivar 1405), that its air defenses had engaged several drones and urged citizens to stay calm and move to safe locations. Kuwait's army said in a statement that the country had come under missile and drone attack and that its air defenses were responding. Kuwait's airport suspended all flights.
