Bank Gardeshgari Sells Its Entire Stake in Gostaresh Sanaye Ma'adin Mahan for 190.6 Trillion Rials

Bank Gardeshgari (ticker Vgardesh) said in a group A material disclosure filed on Codal on Sunday, 31 Shahrivar 1405 (September 22, 2026), that it has sold its entire 29.748 percent stake in Gostaresh Sanaye Ma'adin Mahan, an unlisted company, to Pishro Keyfiat Hamrah. The shares were sold at 39,762 rials each, for a total transaction value of 190,593,837,739,188 rials (more than 190.6 trillion rials).

The divestment was carried out under Article 16 of Iran's law on removing obstacles to competitive production, which requires banks to shed non banking company holdings. The filing put the shares' book cost at 90,326,403,057,209 rials, meaning Bank Gardeshgari recorded a profit of about 100,075,700,023,019 rials (roughly 100 trillion rials) on the sale. Its ownership stake in Mahan now stands at zero.
