Central Securities Depository Waives the Sejam Registration Fee Until the End of Mehr

The Central Securities Depository of Iran said that, under a resolution of its board, the fee for registering in the Comprehensive Customer Information System (Sejam) has been waived for the first time until the end of Mehr 1405 (21 October 2026). The announcement was published on Monday, 28 September 2026 (6 Mehr 1405).
People who have not yet registered with Sejam can start the process during this period without paying the initial registration fee and, once it is complete, use services such as receiving current and past dividends, attending company assemblies electronically, subscribing to rights issues electronically and transferring deceased holders' assets to heirs. According to the announcement, identity-verification costs are not covered by the waiver.
