Initial Sejam Registration Made Free Until the End of Mehr

Iran's Central Securities Depository said on Saturday, September 26, 2026 (4 Mehr 1405) that, under a board resolution, the fee for initial registration in the Sejam comprehensive customer information system has been waived for the first time, until the end of Mehr 1405 (October 22, 2026). Anyone not yet registered can start the process during this window without paying the registration fee.

According to the notice, published by the Securities and Exchange Organization, only the initial registration fee is waived and identity verification costs are not covered. Sejam registration is required to collect current and past dividends, attend assemblies electronically, subscribe to rights issues online and transfer a deceased holder's assets to heirs. Registration is done through the official site, sejam.ir.
