The Emami gold coin's price topped 260 million tomans in Tehran on the afternoon of Wednesday, September 30, 2026 (8 Mehr 1405). Sahmino's own price data showed the coin trading at 260.01 million tomans (2,600,100,000 rials) as of 16:00 Tehran time, up about 5 million tomans (1.96 percent) from the previous day.

Iran's Alanchand pricing platform recorded the new-design Emami coin at 260 million tomans at the same hour, up 1.96 percent, matching Sahmino's own reading. Earlier the same morning, the coin had crossed 255 million tomans for the first time, making today's move the second notable rally in the coin market within a single trading day.
The coin's rise came alongside a firmer US dollar in Iran's free market: according to Alanchand, the dollar reached 256,050 tomans by the afternoon, up roughly 1,400 tomans (0.55 percent) from Tuesday's 254,650 tomans.
