According to Mehr News Agency, in informal trading on Friday, 3 Mehr 1405 (September 25, 2026), the new-design Emami gold coin was priced at 238 million tomans and the old-design coin at 235 million tomans. The half coin traded at 121.5 million tomans, the quarter coin at 64.5 million tomans and the one-gram coin at 33 million tomans. One gram of 18-karat gold was reported at 23,858,500 tomans and the Tehran mesghal benchmark at 103.35 million tomans.

These figures sit below the last official market prints on Thursday, September 24: according to TGJU data and prices recorded on Sahmino, the Emami coin closed Thursday at 240.01 million tomans, the half coin at 123 million tomans, the quarter coin at 65 million tomans and 18-karat gold at 24,124,600 tomans per gram. Sahmino's tradable 18-karat gold rate also fell about 0.9 percent to 23,621,100 tomans as of 19:30 Tehran time on Friday.
