Faghadir's Exploration in Block 5C Points to a Geological Zinc Reserve of About 1.1 Million Tonnes at 5.94 Percent

Faghadir said in a Group B disclosure filed on Codal on Wednesday, 7 October 2026, that following exploratory studies and supplementary surveys in Block 5C, zinc mineralisation has been identified and its geological reserve is estimated at about 1.1 million tonnes at an average grade of 5.94 percent zinc. Technical details are in the attachment to the disclosure.

A geological reserve is an estimate of the total mineralisation identified and does not by itself state how much can be mined economically; that needs feasibility studies and mine design. In this disclosure the company gave no figure for a development plan or the investment it would require.
