Sgaz Signs 5 Glass Bottle Sales Contracts Worth 17,063,101 Million Rials

Sgaz said in a Group B disclosure filed on Codal on Wednesday, 7 October 2026, that it has signed 5 contracts for the production and sale of glass bottles. The contracts run from 7 October 2026 to 20 March 2027, their combined value is stated as 17,063,101 million rials (about 17.1 trillion rials), and settlement is by cheque paid to the seller. On the same form, the amount is 73 percent of total sales revenue in the previous fiscal year.

For comparison, twelve-month revenue to 21 June 2026, as computed by Sahmino from the company's unaudited three-month financial statements, was 26,556,495 million rials. The disclosure does not state the effect of the contracts on profit.
