Government Staggers Kalabarg Increase Registration by the Last Digit of National ID

Mohammad Hassan Sadr, head of Iran's Information Technology Organization, told IRNA that by Wednesday 14 October 2026 (22 Mehr 1405) more than 4.2 million household heads had registered and self-declared for the kalabarg credit increase. The deadline has been extended to Friday 16 October 2026 (24 Mehr 1405), and only household heads who received a text message should visit the e-government portal.
Visits are staggered by the last digit of the household head's national ID: digits 0 and 1 on Wednesday 14 October (22 Mehr), digits 2, 3 and 4 on Thursday 15 October (23 Mehr), and digits 5 to 9 on Friday 16 October (24 Mehr). Sadr said there is no need to revisit the portal after successful registration and that the deadline will be extended again if applicants remain. This schedule governs visits to the portal, not a confirmed date for payment of the higher credit.
