HCA Healthcare Posts Q2 2026 Revenue of $20.2 Billion; EPS of $7.62

HCA Healthcare, the largest for-profit hospital operator in the United States, reported its second-quarter 2026 results on Friday, 24 July 2026. Revenue reached $20.23 billion, up from $18.61 billion a year earlier, and earnings per share came in at $7.62, up from $6.83 and about 2.2% above analyst estimates.

Net income attributable to the company was $1.70 billion, and adjusted EBITDA rose 4.6% to $4.03 billion, with same-facility admissions up 2.5%. The company updated its full-year guidance to EPS of $28.70 to $30.50 and revenue of $77.0 to $79.5 billion.
