In Tehran Trading Today, the Dollar, Euro and UAE Dirham All Rise

According to Donya-e-Eqtesad, in Tehran's currency market today, Monday, 26 Mordad 1405 (August 17, 2026), the free market dollar rose from the previous day to 187,130 tomans, while the hawala dollar rate rose from 155,428 to 155,737 tomans.
The free market euro rose to 216,980 tomans and the UAE dirham's free market rate rose to 50,650 tomans, even as the hawala euro rate edged down slightly, from 179,793 to 179,777 tomans. The British pound rose to 253,780 tomans, and the Turkish lira traded higher at around 3,910 tomans.
