Iran Air Opens Weekly Direct Zahedan to Quetta Flight, Adding a New Pakistan Link
14 October 2026 | 6 days ago
Iran Air said in an announcement carried by Mehr News Agency on Wednesday 14 October 2026 (22 Mehr 1405) that it is launching a direct Zahedan to Quetta route. Under the schedule, outbound flight 826 departs Zahedan at 10:10 and return flight 827 leaves Quetta at 14:25. The airline says the service will operate every Wednesday.
Adding this route brings the number of Iran Air's active routes to Pakistan to 3. The new link could ease passenger travel and border trade connections between southeastern Iran and Pakistan, but the airline did not provide capacity, ticket prices or a demand forecast. Mehr's report appeared before the outbound flight time and relays the launch schedule rather than independently confirming that the flight has landed.
