Iran Announces September Cash Subsidy and Welfare Payment Schedule

According to Khabaronline, citing Eghtesad Online, monthly stipends for beneficiaries of the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee and the State Welfare Organization will be deposited into heads of household's accounts starting Friday, September 11, 2026 (20 Shahrivar 1405). The stipend is set at 2,100,000 tomans for single-person households, 2,985,000 tomans for two-person households, 4,200,000 tomans for three-person households, 5,370,000 tomans for four-person households, and 6,570,000 tomans for households of five or more.

Cash subsidies for income deciles one through three will be paid on September 16 (25 Shahrivar) at 400,000 tomans per person, and for deciles four through nine on September 22 (31 Shahrivar) at 300,000 tomans per person. At the same time, the process of identifying and cutting off subsidies for higher-income households continues; decile ten has already been removed from the list of cash subsidy recipients, and the status of deciles eight and nine is under review.
