Iran Khodro to offer 600 Arisan 2 pickups on the commodity exchange on Tuesday, at a base price of 13.5 billion rials

Iran Khodro said it will offer 600 Arisan 2 pickup trucks through the Iran Mercantile Exchange on Tuesday, 6 Mordad 1405 (28 July 2026). According to the published notice, the base price has been set at 13.5 billion rials (1.35 billion tomans) per vehicle, and cars bought under the scheme will be delivered to buyers on 12 September 2026 (21 Shahrivar 1405).
Applicants must fund 10 percent of the vehicle's base price as a down payment in their trustee account before the transaction takes place. Once a deal is finalised, buyers must pay the statutory costs, including tax, insurance and other related charges, and select an authorised dealership for the delivery process.
Under the exchange's rules, if a buyer fails to pay the required costs within the set deadline, the transaction is cancelled and the amount paid is returned after deduction of statutory fees. Offering vehicles on the commodity exchange is one of the mechanisms used for price discovery and to narrow the gap between factory and open-market prices.
