Iran's Subsidy Targeting Organization said on Friday, October 16, 2026 (24 Mehr 1405) that heads of households who received a text message about the planned kalabarg credit increase can now submit their self-declaration through its official account on the Bale messaging service. The government's online services portal remains another application channel.

The organization set the deadline at the end of the same day. The announcement adds a way to apply; it does not say new credit has been loaded. The next group's loading date was announced separately earlier.
