Iran's Securities Market Value Across 4 Exchanges Tops 20,000 Trillion Tomans, Up 64 Percent in a Year

According to Iran's capital market news agency SENA, published Monday, 10 August 2026 (19 Mordad 1405) based on data from the Securities and Exchange Organization's Department of Economic Analysis and Risk, the total value of securities traded across Iran's four active exchanges rose from 12,568 trillion tomans at the end of Tir last year to 20,561 trillion tomans at the end of Tir this year, a 64 percent increase over one year.
The report said the value of the Tehran Stock Exchange rose 62 percent, from 9,240 to 14,956 trillion tomans, while Iran Fara Bourse rose 55 percent, from 3,139 to 4,876 trillion tomans. The value of securities on Iran's two commodity exchanges, the Iran Mercantile Exchange and the Iran Energy Exchange, saw even sharper growth of 284 percent, rising from 190 to 729 trillion tomans.
