Isfahan Oil Refining Announces Plan for Two-Stage Capital Increase by Year-End

1 August 2026 | 3 months ago

Isfahan Oil Refining Company (symbol "Isfahan Oil Refining") has announced its plan to carry out a capital increase in two stages by the end of 1405. The news was published in the Saturday 10 Mordad 1405 (1 August 2026) issue of the Donya-e-Eqtesad newspaper. Saheb Arjmand, the company's Deputy for Finance, Budget and Investment, described the three main pillars of the financing plan as strengthening the financial structure, increasing investment capacity, and making maximum use of legal and tax provisions.

The first stage will be carried out through the revaluation of assets. According to Arjmand, the company's last land revaluation related to 1399 and was registered in 1400. With the five-year statutory period having elapsed, a new valuation of the land of the refinery and its subsidiaries has begun, in cooperation with the Legal Affairs Department and official experts of the judiciary. The valuation of most of the refinery's land has been completed, and the valuation of the subsidiaries' assets is in its final stages.

The company expects that, once the necessary permits are obtained from the Securities and Exchange Organization and other authorities, the extraordinary general meeting on the capital increase through the revaluation of land will be held in Dey of this year. Donya-e-Eqtesad reported the second stage as an investment of about 35 trillion tomans from retained earnings.
