According to Mehr News Agency, Hassan Jafari, public relations director of Mashhad's Shahid Hashemi-Nejad Airport, said the first Mashhad to Najaf flight since Iraqi government restrictions were imposed will depart today, Sunday, October 4, 2026 (12 Mehr 1405), at 18:40 Tehran time, with a second flight an hour later.
