Niroo Moharrekeh Adds 9,012 Billion Rials to Annual Revenue After Gearbox Price Hike

Under a group-A material disclosure filed with Codal on September 29, 2026 (7 Mehr 1405), Niroo Moharrekeh (symbol: Khamoharrekeh) said it received approval from Sapco on the same date to raise its gearbox sale prices. The filing shows the per-unit price rising from 264,487,851 rials to 319,434,348 rials, exceeding the 10 percent threshold that triggers a material disclosure. The adjustment, effective from the start of the 1405 fiscal year, will add 9,012 billion rials to operating revenue, the company said. Gearbox sales account for about 80 percent of the company's operating revenue.
