Pooya Investment Company (ticker PIVZ) said in a Group A Codal disclosure on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 (6 Aban 1405), that it is transferring its 271.1-square-metre office apartment in southern Gandhi to Razavi Construction and Buildings Management Company. The transfer is priced on an expert valuation at 1,355,500 million rials (about 135.55 billion tomans) and is set off against part of the price of four office units of roughly 480 square metres in the Laleh building in Shahrak-e Gharb, which PIVZ is buying from the same company. That purchase was first disclosed in a related-party filing on September 26, 2026 (4 Mehr 1405).

The property's book value is 11,408 million rials (about 1.14 billion tomans), and the company says the deal will book a non-operating gain of 1,344,092 million rials (about 134.4 billion tomans). It explains that a public auction to sell the property had produced no result. The price is settled by set-off, and the filing does not mention any cash being received.
