Vapooya to Buy Four Office Units Worth 3.6 Trillion Rials From a Sister Company

The company trading as Vapooya disclosed on Codal on Saturday, September 26, 2026 (4 Mehr 1405), in a group B filing on related-party transactions under Article 129 of the Commercial Code, that it is buying four office units totalling about 480 square metres on the seventh floor of Block A of the Laleh office building in Shahrak-e Gharb, Tehran, for 3,600,000 million rials (3.6 trillion rials) from Razavi Construction and Building Management Company.
The company said the seller is a group company under common control, and the interested board member's direct and indirect stake in it is 79.9 percent. The assets' book value equals 17 percent of the company's total assets, and the deal value equals 20 percent of last year's sales revenue. The board approved the purchase on 28 Shahrivar 1405 (September 19, 2026) and a preliminary agreement followed on 29 Shahrivar; settlement will be partly in cash, partly by swapping the company's current office at its appraised value, and the rest in two instalments.
