Sadra Discloses 220 Trillion Rial Contract to Build North Pars Platform's Phase One

Iran Marine Industrial Company (Sadra, ticker خصدرا) disclosed on Codal Monday, October 5, 2026 (13 Mehr 1405), that it has signed a contract worth 220,635,988 million rials (roughly 22 trillion tomans) with Pars Oil and Gas Company. The contract covers design and engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning of the phase-one platform for the North Pars gas field development (NP1). It is being carried out as a partnership led by Rahbord Tose'eh Petrosazan Kara, with Sadra holding a 60 percent share worth about 67.3 million euros. The contract's effective date is October 5, 2026 (13 Mehr 1405).
The group-A material disclosure came a day after Sadra's shares opened 2.96 percent above the prior close on Sunday, October 4, on the Farabourse base market, reaching a 52-week high. The stock extended a 13-session winning streak, with trading volume running nearly 18 times its 20-session average.
