Sadra Shareholders Approve Capital Increase Funded by Asset Revaluation
25 October 2026 | 3 days ago
At an extraordinary meeting on Sunday, October 25, 2026, shareholders of Iran Marine Industrial Company, Sadra (ticker SDRP), approved a capital increase funded from the surplus on asset revaluation. The Codal minutes put the increase at 54,067,819 million rials, taking registered capital from 26,221,057 million to 80,288,876 million rials, an increase of about 206%.
The approved amount comes entirely from revaluation, not shareholders' cash contributions. The share count increases once registered, but the resolution does not in itself reduce the proportional holding of an owner who does not subscribe for rights. The minutes separately delegate authority to the board for a further capital increase; that authority is not the increase approved at this meeting.
