SDRP Shareholders Approve 582% Capital Increase From Asset Revaluation
26 October 2026 | 2 days ago
The extraordinary general meeting of Iran Marine Industrial Company (SDRP) on Sunday, October 25, 2026 (3 Aban 1405), approved raising capital from 26,221,057 million rials to 178,772,850 million rials, an increase of 152,551,793 million rials or 582 percent, funded entirely from asset revaluation surplus. Because the source is revaluation and no cash is contributed, Sahmino's data shows the increase does not dilute holders: they receive more shares at no cost and keep the same stake.
The minutes say the Securities and Exchange Organization permit is dated October 7, 2026 (15 Mehr 1405), and that the board has authority to carry out the increase until the end of 1405; before doing so it must weigh the theoretical share price against par value after the increase. One passage of the minutes cites current capital as 54,067,819 million rials, which differs from the registered-capital figures in the decisions table; the figures above come from the decisions table and Sahmino's database.
