Sarmayeh Gozari Maskan Zayandeh Rud (ticker Sarud) announced the result of an auction to sell a 1,284-square-metre retail unit it owns in Isfahan's Firouzeh shopping centre, south of Si-o-Se Pol at the start of Chaharbagh Bala Street, in a Group A material disclosure published on Codal on Sunday morning, 27 September 2026 (5 Mehr 1405). The auction was held on 26 August 2026 (4 Shahrivar 1405) and the result was announced on 27 September (5 Mehr).

According to the filing, the unit was sold to an individual buyer for 4,948,377 million rials (about 494.8 billion tomans), against a net book value of 637,702 million rials. Of the price, 1,898,377 million rials is paid in cash and 3,000,000 million rials in three cheques of 1,000,000 million rials each falling due in Aban, Azar and Dey this year, with a further 50,000 million rials payable for the transfer of the deed.

The gap between the sale price and the asset's book value creates a substantial gain on the sale in the company's accounts.
