Shamila's Sodium Sulfate Price Rises 7 Percent on Iran Mercantile Exchange

According to a Codal filing, Iran Alumina Company (شاملا) said its board, with the Iran Mercantile Exchange's approval, raised the base selling price of its sodium sulfate product on 5 Mehr 1405 (September 27, 2026) from 180,000 rials to 192,600 rials per kilogram, an increase of about 7 percent. In the Tier-B material disclosure, the company said the product accounted for about 50 percent of its total sales revenue in the previous fiscal year.
