Two Solar Plants Worth 8,421 Billion Rials Come Online Under Holding Sarmaye Iranian's Subsidiary

According to a Codal filing, Holding Sarmaye Iranian said its wholly owned subsidiary, Dizbad Green Power Generation and Development, has built two solar power plants of 10 and 12 megawatts with combined investment of about 8,421 billion rials (roughly 3,547 and 4,874 billion rials respectively) over the past and current fiscal years. The material disclosure, published 6 Mehr 1405 (September 28, 2026), said the 10-megawatt plant came online in the second half of Shahrivar 1405 (September 2026), while the 12-megawatt plant is expected to be operational by mid-Mehr 1405 (early-to-mid October).

The company estimated the two plants will generate about 1,269 billion rials in revenue this fiscal year, equal to roughly 85 percent of the subsidiary's and 4 percent of the parent holding's total revenue in the previous fiscal year.
