Tadbir Sazeh Tamin Merges Into Iransazeh, Raising Its Capital to Nearly 10,000 Billion Rials

According to a Codal filing, Tamin Cement Investment Company said that under an extraordinary general meeting resolution of 31 Tir 1405 and the companies registrar's notice, its subsidiary Tadbir Sazeh Tamin, with registered capital of 3,100 billion rials, has merged into and been dissolved into another subsidiary, Iransazeh. The material disclosure, published 6 Mehr 1405 (September 28, 2026), said all assets, liabilities, receivables, obligations and shareholders' equity of the dissolved company transferred to Iransazeh at book value, raising Iransazeh's registered capital to about 10,000 billion rials. Tamin Cement Investment held 100 percent of both companies before the merger.
