According to Donya-e-Eqtesad, Tehran Stock Exchange's main index (TEDPIX) closed Tuesday, August 11, 2026 (20 Mordad 1405) up 82,336 points, or 1.46 percent, from the previous session, ending at 5,736,511 points and entering the 5.7 million point channel for the first time. As of Wednesday morning, August 12 (21 Mordad), before trading resumed, the index remained in the same range.
