ATSP Sells 83 Percent Stake in Nikan Portfolio Management for 531.2 Billion Rials

According to a group A material disclosure on Codal, ATSP (Vatos) sold an 83 percent stake in Nikan Portfolio Management Company on September 28, 2026 (Mehr 6, 1405), for a total of 531.2 billion rials to five individual shareholders of that company. The shares were priced at 6,957 rials each, and the sale was booked with no profit or loss recognized against their book value. Under the settlement terms, 200 billion rials was received in cash on the transaction date, with the remainder due by November 1, 2026 (Aban 10, 1405).
