Acco Signs 16,800 Billion Rial Contract to Sell 40,000 Telecom Batteries

Acco Battery (symbol Acco) disclosed in a group A material disclosure published on Codal on Thursday, October 8, 2026 (16 Mehr 1405) that it signed a contract to sell 40,000 sealed lead-acid telecom batteries rated 12 volts and 200 amp-hours. The contract was concluded on 15 Mehr 1405 (October 7) and is worth 16,800,000 million rials, or 16,800 billion rials. The filing names Naghsh Avval Keyfiat (NAK) as the counterparty.

The contract term runs from 30 Shahrivar 1405 (September 21) to 28 Esfand 1405 (March 19, 2027). Under the settlement terms, 50 percent of the amount is paid as an advance: 30 percent in cash (5,040 billion rials) within one week of signing and 20 percent (3,360 billion rials) within 45 days after that. The balance is settled one month after each part of the contract subject is delivered. The filing does not state the contract's size relative to last year's revenue.
